Beyond 1:1 nutrition coaching, this option includes Naturopathic care to improve hormonal, sleep & stress roadblocks that are hindering your progress & robbing you of overall wellness.
If you’re sick of getting bloodwork done then being told ‘everything looks fine‘ and want to get to the bottom of why you’re spinning your wheels, this option is for you & includes:
✅ All the features included in Biofit Nutrition Coaching with additional clinical Naturopathic care
✅ A pathology review (and recommendations for further investigation)
✅ Access to any indicated functional testing
✅ Personalised prescriptions of high potency, practitioner-only herbs & supplements
This option provides a complete solution at the fraction of the cost of separate nutrition coaching + clinical Naturopathic consultations…and helps you get much better results in overall wellness; you simply get the best of both worlds

MEET THE FOUNDER
Hello, I'm Elisha,
and I know exactly how frustrating this journey can be. After a lifetime of struggle & lots of study, I finally figured it out. BIOFIT is my simplified, cut-to-the-chase approach to help women save their time (and sanity) on their journey to the body, confidence & food freedom they’ve always longed for.
My Credentials: Degree-qualified Health Scientist (Naturopathy & Nutrition), Certified Strength Coach, Soon-to-be Certified Personal Trainer…and former professional Chef & Pastry Chef who understands both the science AND pleasure of food and how disheartening it is to constantly restrict & eliminate foods only to continue to struggle.
My belief? you’re not broken, everything you’ve been taught to believe & do is.
My Mission: To help ambitious, 35+ women like you build sustainable strength and confidence without sacrificing the things that matter most in your life
Why I Created BIOFIT: After watching too many brilliant women struggle with the same cycle of extreme diets, hours of exercise, rebounding, burnout…and now, perimenopause, I knew there had to be a better way. One that honours your intelligence, works FOR your female biology, respects your time, and actually works long-term.
The Results: At 49, I have the strong, lean body I always wanted – and after decades of yoyo dieting, I achieved it while building a business, maintaining relationships, and not giving up my love of good food…finally!
Many foods previously deemed out of reach for ‘someone like me’, are now happily on my plate… potatoes, pasta, sandwiches, bagels, burgers, Baci chocolates…carbs are back & life’s just different.
As it turns out, it’s a lot simpler (but not necessarily easy) than the diet & fitness industry has led you to believe…
you don’t need to avoid carbs, eat 100% clean or build a life around training…there is no need for all-or-nothing…who would have guessed?
There is not much that matches the feeling of deep comfort within your own mind & body when you reach a goal that has long felt out of reach.. the ease at which it can be maintained & the confidence that this time, it’s for good, are the quintessential cherry on top.
