Hello, I'm Elisha,
And I know exactly how frustrating this journey can be.
I know you’re giving it your best shot & I know that despite all your effort, you’re probably a little (or a lot) frustrated at the lacklustre results.
After a lifetime of struggle with yo-yo dieting & lots of study, I finally figured it out; most of what we’ve been told isn’t designed to set you up for life, it’s designed to catch attention, sell widely and repetitively & get some impressive fast results. For lasting results that can break you out of the diet trap for good? that needs a completely different approach & one that involves a lot of un-learning.
BIOFIT is my rebellious baby, a simplified, cut-to-the-chase approach to help women save their time (and sanity) on their journey to the body, confidence & food freedom they’ve always longed for.
My Credentials: Degree-qualified Health Scientist (Naturopathy & Nutrition), Certified Strength Coach & Certified Personal Trainer…and former professional Chef & Pastry Chef who understands both the science AND pleasure of food and how disheartening it is to constantly restrict & eliminate foods only to continue the struggle.
My belief? you’re not broken, everything you’ve been taught to believe & do is.
My Mission: To help busy & frustrated 35+ women like you build a hormonally balanced, strong lean body (not a tiny one) without sacrificing the things that matter most in your life
Why I Created BIOFIT: After watching too many brilliant women struggle with my same cycle of extreme diets, hours of exercise, rebounding, burnout…and now, perimenopause, I knew there had to be a better way. One that honours your intelligence, works FOR your female biology, respects your time, and actually works long-term.
The Rewards of getting it right: At 49, and after decades of yoyo dieting, I finally have the strong, lean body I always wanted but could never achieve.
Small? yes, I achieved small numerous times.
Toned? no, I always looked like the same shape, just smaller with extra in the places I didn’t want it… bye bye glutes, hello belly fat.
Now? I actually have toned definition & feminine curves, better late than never.
So what changed? I actually started doing less than I ever have before, I was just doing the essentials, the things that really matter, on ruthless repeat.
As it turns out, it’s a lot simpler (but not necessarily easy) than the diet & fitness industry has led you to believe…
you don’t need to avoid carbs, eat 100% clean or build a life around training…there is no need for all-or-nothing…who would have guessed?
There is not much that matches the feeling of deep comfort with your own mind & body when you reach a goal that has long felt out of reach.. the ease at which it can be maintained & the confidence that this time, it’s for good.
